Lowland of the region
Traditional white wine vinification with cold maceration of the fruit overnight. Fermentation and maturation in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights.
The aromatic nose is reminiscent of yellow pepper, peach, melon and banana. Dry on the palate, which echoes the nose satisfyingly, offering elegance and a caressing, velvet-smooth mouthfeel.
Storage: lay bottle down in a dark, dry environment at 15 °C. Serving suggestions: A wine to serve with fish starters of all kinds, fish in sauce and especially shellfish, whether boiled or grilled. Herb risottos and minestrones.
Serve at 10°C in a Riedel “Vinum” Chardonnay glass or similar.
Serve at 10-12°C.
