WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
The destemmed grapes are fermented in stainless steel containers for about ten days. Maturation on the fine lees continues in stainless steel for over a year. Maturation and ageing continue in steel.

WINE
Ruby red with a generous purplish rim. Warm youthful alcohol accompanies wafts of very ripe forest fruits.
The full palate gives distinct but well-integrated extract with red berry fruits smoothing the grape’s asperity.

SUGGESTIONS
Storage: lay the bottle on its side in a dark, dry room at a temperature of 15 °C.
Food matchings: white meats, preparations involving fat- rich fish such as eel or skate, tomato-based fish soups and seafood fries.
Serve at 15-16°C.
