WINEMAKING TECHNIQUE
The destemmed grapes are pressed and then fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures before maturing until spring, again in steel.

WINE
Straw yellow with Friulano’s signature greenish highlights. Hedgerow and hay aromas with a grace note of almonds tempt the nose before the pervasive soft- textured palate shows balance and persistence.

SUGGESTIONS
Storage: lay the bottle on its side in a dark, dry room at a temperature of 15 °C.
Food matchings: a classic aperitif wine and a fine partner for fish or asparagus-based starters, spring soups or rice and pasta with a marinara seafood sauce. Serve at 10-12°C.
